2025 Leadership Flag Award Recipient is Matt Matejcek

Morningstar Living created a leadership award to recognize the power of vision and the impact of collaboration and teamwork that are required to achieve extraordinary results.

The Leadership Flag Award was presented to Matt Matejcek, Senior Director of Environmental Services, at the “Morningstars” Awards Program on May 14th.

Matt was selected for the award for his drive, determination, and discipline in leading the organization through changes that have made Morningstar Living’s campuses the most desirable retirement communities in our region.
