Nursing Care

The Health & Wellness Center is a licensed nursing home for short-term and long-term stays.

Nursing Care at Moravian Hall Square is provided in the Health & Wellness Center for people who need care 24/7. There are three healthcare neighborhoods in the Health & Wellness Center: Applewood, Primrose and Laurel Place. Residents who live in these neighborhoods live on their own terms, just as if they were living in their homes. There are no required schedules for waking up, bathing/showering or eating breakfast, lunch or dinner.
